Green Apple Corn Salsa


  • 2 Green Granny Smith Apples- chopped
  • ½ Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp crushed red chili powder
  • 1 cup corn nibbles
  • 1 tomato medium diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground coarse black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp green apple Artic vodka



  • Take all the ingredients mix in a bowl.
  •  The cold stops the ripening process, thereby killing the flavor. Try to eat it immediately after letting it stand for about a half hour. If you must put it in the fridge, let it warm up to room temperature before serving for optimum flavor.
  • Serve with warm tortilla chips.

Artic Vodka Recipe: Egg-less Chocolate Mousse with Orange Artic Vodka Cream

For all you chocolate and Vodka lovers, here is a special treat! A quick recipe for a pudding that you can put together in less than an hour’s time. It is egg less, it has chocolate and also Artic Vodka! How delicious does that sound? Don’t forget to share it with your friends and get ready to experiment in the kitchen.  


Cooking Time: 15 minutes


Preparation Time: 30 minutes


Serves: 6



  • 2 1/2 teacups milk
  • 10 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 10 teaspoons china grass (5 grams), cut into small pieces
  • 2 teaspoons custard powder
  • 200 grams fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon Artic Orange Vodka



1. Soak the china grass in 3/4 cup of cold water for 1 hour. Put to cook on a slow flame until it dissolves.

2. Put 2 cups of milk to boil with the sugar, cocoa powder and dark chocolate.

3. To the balance 1/2 cup milk, add the custard powder and boil. When the milk starts boiling, add to the cocoa mixture and go on stirring and cooking for 1 minute.

4. When the china grass is dissolved completely, add to the boiling custard and cook again for 2 minutes. Strain the mixture and go on stirring it until it is slightly cold.

5. Beat the cream with the powdered sugar, add the vanilla essence, vodka and mix well. Add to the cocoa mixture and put it any mold to set in deep freezer for 8-10 hrs.

6. Demold the mousse and decorate with white chocolate pearls and golden dragée balls.



  • 1 ½  Cup Whipping Cream
  • ¼ cup orange marmalade/ compote
  • 2 tbsp Artic orange vodka


  1. Whip the cream to soft peak stage.
  2. Mix the Vodka with orange marmalade.
  3. Fold in the Marmalade with the cream.
  4. Adding some orange color is optional.
