Green Apple Corn Salsa


  • 2 Green Granny Smith Apples- chopped
  • ½ Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp crushed red chili powder
  • 1 cup corn nibbles
  • 1 tomato medium diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground coarse black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp green apple Artic vodka



  • Take all the ingredients mix in a bowl.
  •  The cold stops the ripening process, thereby killing the flavor. Try to eat it immediately after letting it stand for about a half hour. If you must put it in the fridge, let it warm up to room temperature before serving for optimum flavor.
  • Serve with warm tortilla chips.
